How many servings can I take?
We recommend drinking 1-2 12oz bottles of water in between servings of Hydrate & Recover.
Why are there 5g of sugar?
5g of sugar compliments blood sugar levels so that the nutrients are more easily absorbed into the blood stream. On average, 5g of sugar is the optimal amount of sugar your blood should contain at any given time.
