Product Return Policy

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused; we assure you that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Working Athlete purchase, you may return the remainder of the product for a credit if the order is reported to the Working Athlete Customer Service team within thirty (30) days of receiving the order. Product must be unopened and in original condition to be exchanged for credit. All returns must be approved to received credit.

Damaged & Missing Product Return Policy

If you receive a damaged product in your shipment you must note damage on freight bill upon receiving. If your order is missing a product, you must contact us within ten (10) days of receiving the order. Please follow these simple steps to receive either a replacement product or credit to your account.

Return Instructions

For all returns, please contact Working Athlete’s Customer Service at 1-800-300-1215. When you call, please have the following information available:

  • PO Number
  • Order Number
  • Complete description of the product damage or reason for return
  • Manufactured Date printed on product
  • Name, Flavor, SKU, and quantity of the product
